This policy explains what personal data Infinify collects when you visit infinify.eu or work with us, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. The short version: we collect as little as possible, and we never sell it.

Who we are

Infinify Inc. (“Infinify”, “we”, “us”) is a design studio at 42 Rue des Lumières, 75011 Paris, France. For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Infinify is the data controller of the personal data described in this policy.

Information we collect

We collect very little, and only what we need to run the studio:

  • Details you share with us directly — your name, email address, phone number, company, and anything you include when you email us, message us on WhatsApp, or book a call.
  • Project information — briefs, feedback, and materials you share while we work together.
  • Billing information — the details needed to issue invoices and keep required accounting records.
  • Usage data — technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, collected automatically when you browse the site.

How we use your information

We use personal data to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and prepare proposals.
  • Deliver and manage the services you engage us for.
  • Send invoices and keep accounting records.
  • Run, secure, and improve our website and services.
  • Comply with our legal obligations.

We never sell or rent personal data.

Legal bases for processing

Under the GDPR, we rely on:

  • Performance of a contract — processing needed to deliver services you have engaged us for, or to respond to your request before entering one.
  • Legitimate interests — running and improving our studio, website, and client relationships.
  • Consent — where we ask for it; you can withdraw it at any time.
  • Legal obligation — retaining records that French or EU law requires us to keep.

Cookies & analytics

Our site uses no advertising trackers. We may use essential cookies the site needs to function and privacy-respecting analytics that tell us, in aggregate, how the site is used. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings without affecting your ability to browse the site.

Sharing your information

We share personal data only with:

  • Service providers who help us operate — hosting, email, messaging (such as WhatsApp), and invoicing tools — bound by data-processing agreements.
  • Professional advisers, such as accountants and lawyers, where necessary.
  • Public authorities, when the law requires it.

International transfers

Some of our providers process data outside the European Economic Area. When that happens, we rely on safeguards such as European Commission adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as we need it: inquiry details for as long as the conversation is live, project and billing records for as long as French accounting and tax law requires, and usage data only in aggregate. After that, data is deleted or anonymized.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can:

  • Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Ask us to erase your data.
  • Restrict or object to how we process it.
  • Receive your data in a portable format.
  • Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on it.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at admin@infinify.eu. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French supervisory authority, or with your local one.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we keep the risk proportionate to the data we hold — which is deliberately little.

Third-party links

The site links to third-party platforms such as WhatsApp and Instagram. Once you leave infinify.eu, those platforms' own privacy policies apply.

Children's privacy

Our site and services are aimed at businesses and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data; if you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top reflects the latest version, and material changes will be flagged on the site.
