Last updated: July 17, 2026
This policy explains what personal data Infinify collects when you visit infinify.eu or work with us, how we use it and what your rights are. We keep collection to what is strictly necessary and never sell your data.
Who we are
Infinify Inc. (referred to as “Infinify” or “we”) is a design studio. Under the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Infinify is the controller of the personal data described in this policy.
The data we collect
We limit collection to the data needed to run the studio:
- Information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number, company and the details you share when you contact us by email or WhatsApp, or book a call.
- Project information: briefs, feedback and documents shared during our collaboration.
- Billing information: the details needed to issue invoices and maintain mandatory accounting records.
- Browsing data: technical information such as your IP address, browser type and pages viewed, collected automatically when you visit the website.
How we use your data
We use your personal data to:
- Respond to your inquiries and prepare proposals.
- Deliver and manage the services you commission.
- Issue invoices and maintain our accounts.
- Operate, secure and improve our website and services.
- Meet our legal obligations.
We never sell or rent your personal data.
Legal bases for processing
Under the GDPR, our processing relies on the following legal bases:
- Performance of a contract: processing needed to deliver the services you commission or take pre-contractual steps at your request.
- Our legitimate interests: running and improving our studio, website and client relationships.
- Your consent: where we ask for it, you may withdraw it at any time.
- Compliance with a legal obligation: retaining records required by French or European law.
Cookies and analytics
Our website uses cookies that are essential to its operation. With your consent, we use the Meta pixel and Google Analytics to measure visits and contact requests, evaluate the performance of our Meta advertising and analyze website usage. Meta and Google may receive technical and browsing data, including pages viewed, interactions with booking or WhatsApp links, device and browser information, approximate location and your IP address. You can accept or decline this optional processing during your visit; declining does not prevent you from browsing the website.
Sharing your data
We share your personal data only with:
- Service providers supporting our business: hosting, email, messaging (such as WhatsApp) and billing tools, under agreements governing data processing.
- Meta, when you accept advertising cookies, for website activity measurement and advertising.
- Google Analytics, when you accept analytics cookies, to analyze website usage.
- Our professional advisors, such as accountants and lawyers, where necessary.
- Public authorities, when required by law.
International data transfers
Some of our providers process data outside the European Economic Area. In these cases, we rely on safeguards such as European Commission adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep your data
We retain your personal data only as long as necessary: inquiry information while our conversations continue, project and billing records for the periods required by French accounting and tax law, and browsing data only in aggregate form. After these periods, data is deleted or anonymized.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you may:
- Access the personal data we hold about you and obtain a copy.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Request restriction of processing or object to it.
- Receive your data in a portable format.
- Withdraw your consent at any time where processing is based on it.
To exercise these rights, email admin@infinify.eu. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority, or the relevant authority in your country.
Keeping your data secure
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to manage risks in proportion to the data we hold, which we deliberately limit.
Links to third-party websites
The website contains links to third-party platforms, such as WhatsApp and Instagram. When you leave infinify.eu, those platforms’ own privacy policies apply.
Children’s data
Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child under 16 has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.
